My story

My name is Dante. I have done calisthenics for a few years now. So I got quite some experience in the way of training. I started at the age of 15-16, and my main reason was that I wanted to get stronger and a better-looking body. It all began with a couple of videos on YouTube of people who could do challenging push-ups such as handstand push-ups and other cool skills.

Back in the day, there was a 200 push-ups a day challenge on youtube. It really motivated me, and I decided to go for it. That is when I found my passion: calisthenics. Every single day when I got home from school. I always started training for around 2 hours, absolutely loving it.

Now a few years later, I am feeling better than ever. My body looks better, and I am way stronger than before. Calisthenics has changed my life. But that was not the only thing. It also taught me to have a lot of patience and self-discipline. It is a very long journey, and you will get nowhere without hard and consistent training. Work hard for the things you want!

The thing I still love the most about calisthenics is the feeling when you achieve a new skill. I can still remember the day I got my first muscle-up. , the excitement was unbelievable. And, in my opinion, much better than when you achieve a certain weight when you are lifting weights.

This is my journey till now. I still have a long road to go.

I am proud but never satisfied.

My mission

My goal is to establish a platform so that anyone who wants to start or learn more about calisthenics has a place to come to. The ultimate goal, of course, is to leave a legacy in the world of this wonderful sport and inspire even more people to start their journey.
